Ftherm® Lab Margarine/shortening pilot plant ( lab scale)

Ftherm ® Lab small test equipment is equipped with high-pressure pump, quencher, kneader and rest tube. The test equipment is suitable for crystalline fat products such as margarine and shortening. In addition, Ftherm ® Lab small test equipment can be used for heating, cooling, pasteurization and sterilization of food, medicine and chemical products.

       Flexibility: The Ftherm ® Lab small test device is ideal for crystallization and cooling of various foods. This highly flexible device uses high-efficiency Freon as a cooling medium, with higher capacity and lower energy consumption.

      Easy to scale up: The small pilot plant provides you with the opportunity to process small-scale samples under exactly the same conditions as large-scale production facilities.

      Available product introductions: margarine, shortening, margarine, cakes and cream margarine, butter, compound butter, low fat cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate filling.

 Introduction of Margarine/shortening pilot plant ( lab scale)

      Margarine/shortening pilot plant consists of small emulsification tank, pasteurizer system, Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger, refrigerant flooded evaporative cooling system, pin worker machine, package machine, PLC and HMI control system and electrical cabinet. An optional Freon compressor is available. Every component is designed and fabricated in-house to simulate our full scale production equipment. All critical components are imported brand, including Siemens, Schneider and Parkers etc. The system could use either ammonia or Freon for chilling.

      The advantages of our pilot plant are: complete production line, compact design, space saving, ease of operation, convenient for cleaning, experiment oriented, flexible configuration, and low energy consumption. The line is most suitable for laboratory scale experiments and R&D work in new formulation.
